Role Overview

TI am seeking an experienced Insolvency Partner to join their dynamic team. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to drive growth, lead high-profile engagements, and shape the future of the insolvency practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex insolvency and restructuring assignments across multiple sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and company directors.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s insolvency offering.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a senior insolvency professional, ideally at Partner or Director level.
• Proven work winning expertise - Circa £1m.
• Recognized professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, JIEB).
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to win work and build client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
