I am working with a rapidly growing professional services group, bringing together over 100 firms across the UK and Ireland. They provide expert advisory services to help businesses thrive, combining local knowledge with global expertise.

Their restructuring and insolvency team is expanding, and they are looking for a qualified Insolvency Practitioner to join them and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Location: London/Manchester

Role Overview

As an Insolvency Practitioner, you will lead formal insolvency appointments and advisory engagements, working closely with directors and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking firm with ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from start to finish.
• Act as office holder on formal appointments, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic advice to distressed businesses and stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB qualified).
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Proven experience managing formal insolvency cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
