We are hiring! We are looking to recruit an Installer Development Coordinator on a 9 months FTC basis. The purpose of this role will be to effectively coach installers to ensure planned start accuracy is maintained, increase installers knowledge of how to interact with our Field Service Management system and support the business to achieve delivered sales targets.
Working Pattern:
Monday- Friday 8.30-5.30 Hybrid working.
Office based Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Monday and Friday WFH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact installers identified at being high risk of planned start discrepancies, resolving any calendar mismatches.
- Coach and support installers to allow them to self-serve any date changes or discrepancies in the future.
- Work with the Installer Operational Support and Customer Experience Centre teams to identify any installers requiring regular support or requesting repeated date changes to offer additional training and support where required.
- Review support materials and training documentation to ensure it is kept up to date and gives the installers the information required to refer back to when making date changes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Data & MI and Continuous Improvement to suggest improvements to how at risk installers are identified and any system improvements which could reduce date inaccuracy.
- Support the Installer Development team when required including supporting stage 1 installer inductions and booking inductions.
What are we looking for:
- Working with digitised platforms, apps and other technology.
- Worked within the Kitchen and Bathroom sector within the last 12 months. (preferred)
- Delivery of training to individuals/groups.
- Using your own initiative, working at pace to tight deadlines.
- Working within different teams and understanding a variety of roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing and flexible environment.
- Taking ownership of own streams whilst demonstrating flexibility when required.
- Delivers results consistently.
