Lincoln College is looking to recruit an Instructor/Assessor in Education and Early Years 👶📚

You'll be responsible for work-based assessment, supervision, tuition, and internal verification of students on our Early Years Education programmes.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

✅ Conduct on-site work-based assessments and reviews

✅ Supervise and verify student assessments

✅ Plan, develop, and deliver training on Early Years Education programmes

🎓 Qualifications:

📌 Relevant educational qualifications in Education and Early Years

🛠️ Required Skills:

💼 Experience in work-based assessments

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✨ Preferred Skills:

🏫 Experience in teaching or training

📘 Knowledge of Early Years Education frameworks

💷 Salary: Up to £28,278 per annum
