Are you a Control Systems Engineer with a passion for technically challenging, high-impact energy projects? Petroplan is hiring for a long-term contract role on the Shaybah NGL Recovery Project—a flagship development supporting Saudi Arabia’s strategy to expand ethane and petrochemical production.

This is your opportunity to contribute to a world-class greenfield LNG/gas processing facility, working on the project from early design phases through execution.

✅ Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support Conceptual, Pre-FEED, and FEED phase deliverables
• Design and develop process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA)
• Prepare instrument specifications, data sheets, I/O lists, and P&IDs
• Define instrumentation requirements for custody/fiscal metering
• Coordinate electrical and instrumentation interface design
• Contribute to Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) in line with IEC 61508 & IEC 61511

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in gas processing or LNG projects
• Familiarity with custody metering instrumentation standards
• Proven background in greenfield, onshore oil & gas facilities
• Expertise in early-phase project work (Concept, Study, FEED)
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and safety standards
