Are you an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Technician seeking a new challenge? This company is currently seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join their dynamic Maintenance team at their state-of-the-art chemical production facility.

As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the company's diverse range of equipment and technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to plant breakdowns to diagnose and resolve instrumentation and electrical faults
Performing routine preventative maintenance on safety-critical instrumentation
Contributing to equipment reliability improvements through failure analysis and root cause investigations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the company's CMMS system

To be successful in this Instrumentation Engineer role, you will need to possess a recognised Instrumentation/Electrical maintenance apprenticeship and have attained NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Familiarity with formal permit to work systems, including lock-out tag-out procedures, is essential. Experience working in a process plant environment, ideally in the chemical or oil and gas industry, is highly desirable.
