Salary & Career Progression
We believe in rewarding growth and achievement:
- Year 1:
- Starting salary: £16,000 – £19,000
- Upon successful completion of Cert CII (1st anniversary): £23,000 plus bonus
- Year 2:
- Exam bonuses: £250 for each CII Diploma unit passed
- Second anniversary: £25,000 plus bonus
- Year 3:
- Upon completion of ACII qualification: £28,000 plus bonus

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will:
- Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
- Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
- Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
- Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
- Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations
Work & Study Structure
- Location: Office-based in Stratford, East London
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Training & Study:
- 2 hours of virtual apprenticeship classes each week plus 1 hour study time
- 3 hours on the job training hours each week
