Description
We are seeking motivated Sales Agent's with experience in sales to join our UK team. Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working (after successfully passing probation) and competitive incentives available as part of global company growth.
Starting Salary: £25k per annum (OTE £60,000 - £85,000) doe

What You Will Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
- Provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair and becoming of our commitment to treating customers fairly
- Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
- Help and support our customers, giving them the peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected
- Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
- Target driven
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High level of resilience and motivation to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
