Insurance Technician - Early Careers

You'll join our newly established "Risk Academy" as an Insurance Technician, where you'll be part of a dynamic team, supported through structured training, professional qualifications, and hands-on experience.

This is a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge in group risk and employee benefits while contributing to real client work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the client service team with day-to-day administration of group risk schemes.

• Assist in obtaining terms from the insurance market and preparing client documentation.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of client requests.

• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to learn standard methodologies and improve technical expertise.

• Participate in training sessions and complete tasks aligned with your development plan.

• Work towards CII qualifications with full study support provided.
