Business Solutions Analyst – Intapp SME
Competitive Salary - Hybrid - multiple offices
VIQU is working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Business Solutions Analyst with strong Intapp development experience. This role will focus on the continuous enhancement and development of the organisation’s Intapp platform, driving business improvement through scalable, secure and well-governed solutions aligned to the wider technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Intapp Boomi workflows from inception through to deployment
• Develop and maintain supporting technical documentation for new and existing workflows
• Build and implement Intapp solutions to solve complex business challenges
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Recommend and apply best practice in coding standards, release management and code reviews
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Integrate Intapp with other business applications using REST APIs and ETL tools
• Mentor and support members of the Business Solutions team, building internal capability
• Ensure all development follows governance, security and privacy-by-design principles
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure quality and scalability
Key Requirements:
• Several years’ experience developing and supporting Intapp solutions
• Strong experience with REST APIs and ETL tools (e.g. Intapp Integration Service)
• Advanced SQL development skills
• Experience building reports in SiSense
• Proficient in using Intapp API Swagger for reporting and integrations
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python or PowerShell
• Experience integrating Intapp into wider business systems
• Previous experience working within a legal or professional services environment
• Experience deploying applications to Azure cloud services
• Understanding of version control, release management and secure coding practices
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience working within a structured change environment
