As Integrated Production Operations Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Integrated Production to ensure the smooth running of the Integrated Production department. Focussing on processes and ways of working, you will maintain oversight of progress across all IP project work, and proactively work to make improvements as needed.
You will gain and maintain a detailed understanding of agency and department operations standards, policies and procedures as well as working within various company tools and systems. This role is an opportunity to play an integral part in the running of one of the company’s largest departments, and to influence the success and quality of our output across the board.

Key Pillars
● DELIVERY – Ensure that all IP teams are set up for success with the right tools in place and a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities
● INTEGRATION – Ensure that the collaboration between the Integrated Production team and the rest of
the Agency is harmonious and driven by producing the best quality work
● INNOVATION – Ensure that we are reviewing processes for efficiency and quality and making recommendations for improved, based ongoing development in agency requirements
● COLLABORATION – Partner with Head of Integrated Production to define, and then ensure that teams are delivering against, the right working practises to deliver all IP projects
● RESOURCE – Collaborating with the IP Services Manager to provide clear guidance to the Account Management team regarding information we are missing in order to be able to assign resources
Core Responsibilities
- Operate as the guardian of best practice for the IP Department, ensuring that core project management processes are adhered to across all programmes, and actively working to rectify any challenges that are identified during project delivery
- Ongoing review and refinement of IP project workflows, to include the integration of AI solutions into current methodology
- Ownership of all IP specific processes and project reviews pertaining to the successful implementation of ISO20121
- Partner with other GPJ departments to ensure that inter-department working practises are running smoothly and efficiently
- Partner with the IP Services Manager to provide ongoing guidance to the Account Management team regarding best practise for IP team structures and hours required
- Partner with Account Management and Account Operations to gain an understanding of any account specific processes and ensure that these are communicated to the IP team
- Meet with all IP project teams:
- At the point of project kick off to ensure R&Rs are clear and project documentation is in place
- Ahead of on site delivery, to ensure that the key on site processes and documents which ensure GPJ standards of delivery are in place
- Ownership of key department operational tasks, such as onboarding documents and process, and updates to the department org chart and seating plan
- Operate as the lead on venue search strategy and approach, building relationships with key venue partners, managing the overall process end to end from briefing to response templates, as well as operating as the day to day lead conducting venue searches
- Supporting new business pitches and growth - leading IP’s interaction on growth initiatives and managing best resources, ensuring the initial briefs are represented by IP
Your Background, Skills & Experience
- A proven track record of leading and progressing significant client projects year on year
- Ability to understand and communicate effective processes pertaining to project management at all levels
- Effective communicator with ability to train other team members
- Recognises the importance of working within client timelines and supporting key business reporting deadlines
- Strong ability to prioritise workload, on a day to day basis but also longer term when it comes to ongoing department initiatives
- Junior line management experience
- Demonstrably strong organisational and time management skills
