Integration Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Manager to lead our integration team and drive the success of our integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly in web development, and at least three years of experience in a senior development role. You will oversee project execution, manage a team of developers, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and efficient project delivery.

While management experience is desired, we are open to candidates with leadership potential who are eager to grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the integration team, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Conduct team appraisals and set expectations and goals
• Oversee integration projects from planning to deployment, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Optimise workflows, improve processes, and drive innovation within the team.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure high coding standards and best practices are upheld across all projects

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years in a senior web development role, with hands-on experience in integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, web technologies, and software architecture.
• Experience working with JavaScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud services, databases, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience

Desired Skills:

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• A passion for learning and growing within a leadership role.
