A top international law firm is seeking a talented Intellectual Property Associate with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its market-leading IP team. This is an exciting opportunity for a primarily non-contentious IP lawyer looking to work with high-profile clients at the forefront of the life sciences and technology sectors.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and highly ranked team known for advising on complex, cross-border IP transactions and strategic matters across all core IP rights. The team works closely with clients ranging from biotech start-ups to global pharmaceutical companies, providing deep sector insight and high-impact legal advice. You’ll have early responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work directly with leading individuals in the field.

The role requires experience in IP-rich transactions, including licensing, R&D and collaboration agreements, and the IP aspects of corporate deals and commercial contracts. A background in life sciences or an understanding of the sector ecosystem is highly desirable. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues, and take ownership of your career as part of the firm’s distinctive culture and growth strategy.
