2 PQE Intellectual Property Legal Counsel - International Sport Organisation

In this role, you will support

Global trademark enforcement
Manage cease-and-desist and settlement agreements
Analyse IP monitoring reports
Liaise with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
You’ll also assist with third-party queries and brand surveillance work, helping to safeguard one of the world’s most valuable brands.

The ideal candidate

2 years PQE in contentious and non-contentious IP.
Trained in private practice at a top law firm
Ideally some in-house or secondment exposure.
