complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge in one of our most
intensive care settings.
This role requires a solid foundation of experience, calmness under pressure, and a genuine commitment to making each day better for someone elseāno matter how difficult it may be.

What Youāll Be Doing
As an
Intensive Support Worker, you'll provide
11 tailored support and help people live life on their own termsāwhether that means
- Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and structured routines
- Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, or managing health appointments
- Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy hobbies or social events
- De-escalating challenging behaviours using your professional knowledge and compassion
- Maintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessments

empowering people with complex needs to achieve independence and a life theyāre proud of.

Weāre Looking for Someone Who Has
- 6+ months of hands-on experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge
- A calm, confident, and emotionally resilient approach
- Practical understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, safety, and empathy
