MRG is seeking an Interim Assistant Director Supported Housing for a housing association in Birmingham.

About the role

Due to a restructure, we are seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Director Supported Housing to join this organisations leadership team at a Birmingham-based housing association delivering vital care and support services.

In this pivotal role, you will support the strategic and operational delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across a variety of supported housing schemes. You will work closely with service managers and partners to ensure excellence in care, with a strong focus on compliance with CQC standards and continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in social care or supported housing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for empowering vulnerable individuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Available to start at short notice
• Prepared to work on-site
• Proven experience in a similar position at head of service level or above
• Strong commercial acumen
