Eames are delighted to be working with a mid-market Private Equity fund to support their search for an interim CEO to help professionalise one of their high growth investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute the company’s growth strategy
- Professionalise and system implementation
- Improve operations and drive profitability
- Lead acquisitions and integration efforts
- Build and manage a high-performing leadership team
- Work closely with the Board and private equity partners
- Represent the company with key stakeholders and customers
- Prepare the business for a successful exit (e.g., sale or IPO)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as CEO or senior executive in agriculture, food, or industrial sectors
- Experience working with private equity investors
- Strong track record of growing revenue and improving margins
- Skilled in operations, finance, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
