Description

We are delighted to be supporting a growing technology business backed by a reputable mid market PE fund. They are seeking a hands on Interim CFO to lead the finance function through a critical period of strategic growth. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, board, and private equity stakeholders to support on integration after a heavy period of M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned with PE growth targets
Support on business integration
Stakeholder Management
Own investor reporting and board-level communications
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and readiness
Transaction Support
Lead financial due diligence and integration for potential acquisitions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must be a proven CFO with experience in PE-backed SaaS or tech-enabled services businesses
Strong grasp of subscription economics, ARR/MRR metrics, and KPIs
Track record of on M&A and integration
ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical and commercial acumen
