We are partnering with a fast-growing professional services and technology firm (60+ staff across London, New York, Dubai & Hong Kong, scaling to 150+ over the next 3 years) to appoint an Interim or Fractional CTO to lead a major technology transformation initiative.

The business is investing heavily in its Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Mercury, SharePoint, Viva Engage) and preparing to design and build a next generation technology platform to support long-term scale and performance.

This is a strategic leadership role ideal for a senior technology expert with a strong track record in guiding digital transformation within dynamic, scaling environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader, ideally within professional services or recruitment-related industries.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define, refine, and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience working with Microsoft ecosystems (Dynamics, Mercury, SharePoint, Power Apps) and familiarity with AI integration, including Microsoft Copilot, is highly desirable.
• Ability to assess current technology stacks, identify gaps, and recommend scalable, future-proof solutions.
• Comfortable operating in a fractional or interim capacity, balancing hands-on involvement with high-level advisory responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions and lead technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption and change management in fast-growing, scaling businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and refine the overall technology strategy to support rapid business growth and scalability.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of current technology infrastructure, workflows, and systems to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead the planning and oversight of technology projects, ensuring clear goals, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Drive the evaluation and integration of new technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the transition and implementation of technology solutions, balancing hands-on involvement with high-level oversight.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation process, ensuring technology decisions future-proof the business.
