We are partnered with a global tech business at the forefront of AI development. The company is growing fast, with a focus on both organic and inorganic (M&A) growth top of the agenda. As such we’re looking for a Corporate Strategy professional to support both Organic strategic growth plans across a growing and diverse portfolio, as well as helping to establish M&A strategy and target evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic growth and value creation initiatives
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and M&A strategy
Support multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support programmes
Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s corporate growth strategy

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in corporate strategy within a leading consultancy firm (MBB or similar)
Track record of supporting multiple growth focus projects with a particular emphasis on Tech/ AI

Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast moving team-oriented environment
