We’re hiring: Interim Country Accounting Manager / Controller (12–15-month FTC)
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (hybrid 2 days a week)
Contract: Fixed-term contract on payroll– maternity cover, starting January/February 2026

We’re now looking for a qualified accountant to take ownership of our main US trading entity during a 12–15-month maternity cover contract.
This is a high-impact, hands-on Country Accounting Manager role where you will manage reporting, strengthen controls and play a key part in improving and automating manual, transactional processes as the business evolves. You will also manage a small team based in the UK, working on a hybrid basis 2 days a week in Chippenham, Wiltshire

About you:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience supporting or owning a country subsidiary (ideally US)
• Strong technical grounding: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Experienced in month-end reporting under tight deadlines
• Confident working with auditors and preparing audit-ready schedules
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a changing environment
• Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
