Interim ER Project Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and resilient ER leader to support the delivery of people related programmes. This role will work in collaboration with senior leaders across the business for pivotal ER related projects and initiatives.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis, and we highly encourage conversations to discuss a reduction in working days or a more flexible working approach for this role.

As an ER Project Specialist, you will:

• Support the delivery of people focused projects, leading and advising on all employee relations aspects.
• As required, research, progress and co-ordinate employee relations projects, making recommendations for future action.
• Keep up to date with forthcoming ER legislation, update policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Develop effective relationships within the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation and partner with our senior leaders.

What you’ll already have:

• Experience working within a hospitality / retail or multi-site organisation.
• High commerciality with the ability to balance ER requirements with business needs.
• Proven experience working at scale and pace, showing high levels of resilience.
• Knowledge and experience of Irish and UK employment law.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
