Client: Confidential (Grant Giving charity/foundation)
Role: Interim Finance and Resources Director
Contract: 12-month FTC, (temp to perm option).
Salary: £90'000 - £110'000 open to 4 day working week.
My client is currently undergoing a significant transformational change, and the grant-making division of the organisation is separating from its core functions. I am seeking an experienced Finance Director with a background in managing large endowment portfolios and expertise in pension schemes. I would like to connect with candidates who have experience in establishing new organisations or possess a background in transformation. The role I envision will focus more on organisational structure and support rather than strategy.
I am seeking candidates from the nonprofit sector who understand both governance and grant giving in relation to charity funding.
