Interim Finance Director - One year contract

Henderson Scott are working with a Crawley based Charity who require an interim Finance Director for a period of at least twelve months plus.

As interim Finance Director you will be working with the SLT and CEO to deliver robust financial reporting, support on capital projects and work across the organisation to identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities. The Finance Director will manage and develop a small team of finance along with the outsourced IT, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing costs effectively and leading on financial strategy.

Successful applicants will have some exposure to the Charity sector whether that be as a Trustee or having worked for a not for profit organisation. This role is a hybrid and offers flexible working hours and could be considered over four or five working days a week.Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of commercial finance, excellent business partnering skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
