Part-Time Finance Director – Real Estate Investment Management Firm

London-based | 2–3 days/week | c.£500/day ltd

JSS Search are partnering with a boutique real estate investment management firm who operate within in finding an Interim Finance Director to join on a part-time basis.

With finance operations currently outsourced, the incoming Finance Director will play a pivotal role in streamlining internal financial processes, establishing robust controls, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth. You'll be working with the board in supporting strategic decision making and investment reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day finance function - overseeing the outsourced providers and helping develop internal capabilities.
• Implement efficient financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Compliance - ensuring all regulatory and tax compliance
• Provide strategic insight to support growth and supporting investor management
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial governance and decision-making

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership in real estate investment (this is essential)
• Strong track record of organizing and professionalizing finance functions
• Comfortable operating in a hands on finance role while still having the gravitas and strategic mindset to help the CEO drive the growth of the business

• Initially a 6 month contract but scope to go permanent for the right candidate
