Part-Time Finance Director – Real Estate Investment Management Firm
London-based | 2–3 days/week | £500/day ltd
JSS Search are partnering with a boutique investment management firm who operate within alternative assets in finding an Interim Finance Director to join on a part-time basis.
With finance operations currently outsourced, the incoming Finance Director will play a pivotal role in streamlining internal financial processes, establishing robust controls, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all finance operations, transitioning from outsourced functions
- Implement efficient financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Provide strategic insight to support growth and investment planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial governance and decision-making
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in finance leadership in financial services, ideally within real estate or asset-backed sectors
- Strong track record of organizing and professionalizing finance functions
- Comfortable operating in a hands on sole charge finance role
- Strategic thinker but happy to roll up your sleeves.
What you'll get in return
- 2–3 days per week (will be office based)

- Initially a 6 month contract but scope to go permanent for the right candidate
