Interim Finance Manager

📍 Finance Manager | Yeovil (Hybrid) | £250 - £300/day | Full-time / Interim | Reports to: CEO

We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive Finance Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys both hands-on financial work and contributing to big-picture strategy.

In this role, you’ll lead a small finance team, support senior leadership with key financial insights, and help shape the future of the organisation.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day finance operations; budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
• Overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and banking relationships.
• Supporting strategic planning with clear financial analysis.
• Leading and developing a small, professional finance team.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar finance role (charity sector experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
