We’re looking for a hands-on Interim Finance Operations Manager to join us during a pivotal growth phase. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced, regulated environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up.

As part of your remit, you’ll play a critical role in setting up a new finance operations team in India — ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent processes, and robust controls across regions.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Supporting regulated entities with strong operational controls and compliance frameworks

✔ Designing and implementing finance processes and internal controls

✔ Managing banking relationships and leading bank account setups and approval workflows

✔ Overseeing daily financial transactions, payment processing, and reconciliations

✔ Setting up ticketing systems for operational finance (e.g., payment requests, issue tracking)

✔ Leading and supporting the build-out of a new finance operations team in India

✔ Partnering with cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, and tech

👤 About You:

✅ Proven experience in finance operations or finance transformation

✅ Background working with regulated financial entities

✅ Strong understanding of transactional finance, banking processes, and cash management

✅ Skilled at setting up scalable workflows and controls

✅ Experience in team setup or offshoring/nearshoring is a major plus

✅ Ready to hit the ground running and drive impact from day one

✅ Immediate availability or short notice preferred
