Interim HR Generalist - 5 days on site

A luxury hospitality organisation is seeking an Interim HR Manager to deliver hands‑on, ER‑heavy HR support within a fast‑paced, operational environment, working five days onsite in London Borough. The role starts 18th February and will focus on high‑volume employee relations casework, HR administration, and providing pragmatic support to line managers.

Description

• Managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence
• Providing clear, consistent advice to managers on ER processes and employment law
• Preparing documentation for hearings, investigations and outcomes
• Supporting investigations and ensuring accurate note‑taking and follow‑up
• Handling HR administration across the employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, changes, onboarding and exits)

Profile

• Proven experience operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level in ER‑heavy roles
• Strong UK employment law knowledge with confidence managing complex and high‑volume ER matters
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort handling HR administration
• Comfortable working five days onsite in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment
• Calm, pragmatic and solutions‑focused, with the resilience to handle challenging situations
• Available to start 18th February (or immediately around this date)

Job Offer

• £23-£30 per hour depending on the experience
