Interim L&D Partner

This is a hands-on role where you'll design and deliver impactful learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability and accelerate organisational growth. You'll lead the full learning cycle, embedding digital learning and supporting early careers initiatives.

Description

You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders to identify learning needs, design blended learning programmes, and deliver engaging content across digital and face-to-face platforms. The role also involves managing the Learning Management System, curating digital content, and embedding tools that support knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Profile

The ideal candidate will an experienced L&D professional, ideally with financial services experience, with expertise in designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions. Tech-savvy and delivery-focused, you excel at stakeholder engagement, project management, and creating innovative content. CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), you bring resilience, adaptability, and a passion for developing organisational capability.

You will need to be available to start in January and work 3 days per week onsite.

Job Offer

• £65,000 to £75,000pa DOE. (pro-rated for initial 6 month contract)
