🚨 Hiring: Interim Regional Senior Finance Manager – PE-Backed Data Centre Business

📍 Location: London (Hybrid) | 🌍 EMEA scope

🕒 Contract: Interim (6+ months) with possible extension

💲 Day Rate: £550 - £650 p/d

A high-growth, private equity-backed data centre group is looking for an Interim Regional Senior Finance Manager to support a period of strategic expansion, particularly around new legal entities and evolving structures across Europe.

This role is crucial in managing financial operations for newly formed Luxembourg entities and contributing to wider group reporting and process enhancement as part of a lean, high-performing finance function.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the finance lead for their Luxembourg entities, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance, and reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury processes across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
• Support group-wide consolidation, multi-entity reporting, and statutory compliance
• Collaborate closely with the broader finance team to maintain timely month-end close and audit deliverables
• Contribute to the refinement and documentation of key finance processes and controls
• Provide input on organizational structuring and evolving finance requirements

👤 Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Experience working in industry, ideally in infrastructure, real estate, or private equity–backed businesses
• Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and treasury functions
• Familiarity with Luxembourg accounting standards is a strong plus (but not essential)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
