About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Resi Property Manager for real estate services provider in London.
Accountabilities
- Client-side management with this organisations residential clients
- Work closely with asset management teams
- Day-to-day property management of residential portfolio’s
- Project manage a broad range of residential projects
- Management of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
- Assist with valuations, purchases, sales and estate management
Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Able to start at short notice
- Experience in residential property management
