We're supporting a global client seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen their External Reporting Team, supporting key financial operations and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of external financial reports in line with IFRS/local GAAP requirements.
• Manage and review complex reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Coordinate and execute accurate indirect tax calculations including VAT, ensuring timely filings and compliance.
• Partner with internal and external auditors during statutory audits and support related audit deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance controls and documentation around financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with tax advisors and internal teams on indirect tax strategy and jurisdictional compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting tools.

Your Background

• Professional qualification (ACCA / ACA / CPA / CA) or equivalent.
• Audit experience from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on external reporting or group finance.
• Strong knowledge of indirect taxes, VAT, and tax calculations across various jurisdictions.
• Solid understanding of financial reconciliations and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
