Interim Senior Finance Consultant/CFO (ER59429)

Our PE backed, multi-site B2C business require an Interim Senior Finance Consultant/CFO for 6 months initially, based in London with travel to various sites in the southern home counties.

They require a strong finance leader, with commercial and strategic mindset in order to drive an upcoming refinance, and potential future exit.

Key responsibilities therefore include:

• Strategic planning and commercial support to the CEO, PE house and wider team - this role will be focused on commercial project work i.e. analytics, modelling – what this means for the business, and considering initiatives by embedding yourself within the business (visiting sites, spending time with investors etc.)
• Drive a large re-financing exercise; liaising with multiple investment banks, external advisors etc.
• Drive the business to an exit of significant value
• Hands-on financial modelling, board and investor pack presentation

They are seeking someone who can be hands-on and analytical whilst also having the gravitas to be a strong leader, working with the CEO in tandem and external parties.
