Interim Senior Group Reporting Manager - (AR65949)

Eton Bridge Partners are working with a global manufacturer to find their Interim Senior Reporting & Controls Manager. This newly created role will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and is ideally interim to permanent.

Location: Northern Home counties

Office Days: Ideally a minimum of 1 day in the office

Rate: Up to £120,000 FTC plus package

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of all aspects of the preparation of the half-year/annual reports.
• Identify and lead the process for evaluating the impact of new standards upon the business and educating the finance team.
• Take ownership of financial reporting, being the key contact for internal audit and building relationships
• Ownership of building a strong internal controls environment to efficiently and effectively monitor risks and controls.
• Manage consolidation and group reporting, taking ownership of the group financial statements and monthly close process.
• Lead process of identifying upcoming accounting and control requirement changes relevant for the business.

Candidate Profile:

• Educated degree level finance professional ACA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting experience with UK GAAP/ IFRS 16 desirable experience.
• Systems savvy - able to navigate finance consolidation systems.
