Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will lead our interior design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, creative, and sustainable design solutions that align with our clients' visions and brand identities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the interior design team to deliver innovative and immersive event designs.
- Oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Maintain a focus on sustainability in all design processes and materials.

- Provide detailed updates to stakeholders on project progresses, issues and difficulties
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Manager of at least 5 years
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
