The Role & Responsibilities
As an Internal Audit Manager, you’ll do more than deliver audits, you play an essential role in the business, embodying a growth mindset and taking accountability for the quality of our outcomes. You’ll lead audits from planning through to reporting, working closely with stakeholders to identify issues and drive practical solutions. Your work will ensure we meet audit standards and maintain a strong control environment.
In our flat structure, you’ll have direct access to senior leaders and the opportunity to influence a wide range of projects. Your expertise in modern banking and technology / cyber, strong communication skills, and commitment to team development will make a real impact.
Beyond audits, you’ll contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the internal audit function. Key skills include audit management, problem-solving, and teamwork. Success will be measured by the quality of your insights, efficiency of processes, and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
