We're now looking for a driven Internal Business Development Manager to join our office-based team in Tonbridge.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Build strong relationships with commercial finance brokers, accountants, and other introducers
• Drive inbound and outbound sales activity to generate loan applications
• Support transactions through the full sales funnel — from enquiry to funding
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless client journey
• Work towards KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (financial services preferred) or a high flying graduate willing to learn from the ground up in a supportive, high achieving environment.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with Teams/Zoom calls and managing sales pipelines
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
• Based near Tonbridge, Kent (this is a full-time office-based role)
