Role: Internal Communications Business Partner (3 month FTC - with possibility for extension)
Location: Hybrid, based from one of our offices in Derby, Manchester, Warrington or London
Salary: we anticipate paying a salary in the £48,000 – £63,000 range

Our Internal Communications team drives colleague engagement and transparency across the organisation, ensuring our people stay informed, connected, and aligned to our mission. Working at pace, we champion modern digital communications and storytelling that brings our strategy, culture and achievements to life.
We’re now looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join us on a fixed‑term basis, partnering closely with our Head of Internal Communications. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll help maintain critical communication rhythms, shape key announcements, and keep our colleagues informed through high‑quality content and channels.
