Correla are looking for an Internal Communications Co-Ordinator / Executive to join our People team.

About The Role
* Create compelling, engaging, and informative content tailored to our diverse colleague population across formats.
* Bring creativity to internal storytelling, highlighting colleague achievements, behind-the-scenes moments, team milestones, and culture-building wins.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the business to gather updates and translate complex ideas into engaging, human stories that resonate with different teams and functions.
* Produce quick, agile content for internal social feeds.
* Support internal events such as, leadership broadcasts, offsites, or celebrations
* Champion Correla’s internal tone of voice, evolving it to reflect a mix of professionalism, energy, and personality.
* Experiment with formats and adapt them internally in a way that fits our culture and purpose.
* Track engagement metrics and use feedback to optimise content and build momentum over time.
About You
* You will have a strong command of language and a natural flair for storytelling. You're able to craft clear, engaging narratives that resonate with a diverse internal audience and foster connection, purpose, and belonging.
* You will be comfortable working with visual and multimedia formats.
* You will have a familiarity with design tools.
* You will be able to build trust and relationships across the business, spotting content opportunities others might miss.
* You’re curious and approachable.
* You will be a confident and motivated individual educated to at least Level 4/5 in communications
