This newly created Internal Communications Content Creator role is ideal for a dynamic storyteller who thrives on bringing ideas to life through engaging digital content. You’ll be part of a fresh internal comms team, helping to shape and roll out a new strategy across a large, nationwide retail network. From scripting and filming to editing and presenting, you’ll be at the heart of how the business communicates with its people.
Based in North Manchester, this hybrid role offers a mix of office, remote, and on-site retail engagement—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and visibility.
Key Responsibilities...
- Create high-quality, engaging video content for internal channels.
- Script, design, and present impactful digital content to a remote workforce of over 1,000 colleagues.
- Collaborate with retail leadership to produce content aligned with business goals.
- Regularly visit branches to embed within the retail team and gather fresh insights.
- Monitor and update content to reflect a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Analyse content performance and report insights to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For...
- Minimum three years’ experience in a digital content creation role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and storytelling skills.
- Confident on camera with a natural, engaging presentation style.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Proficient in CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Skilled in design and video editing software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Experience filming and producing content end-to-end.
