Your team
Drive employee engagement and organisational alignment through strategic internal communications during a pivotal time of IG Group’s growth. Shape culture, communicate change, and build connections between leadership and employees across IG Group's global operations.
Your role in the Team's Success
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies
- Create compelling content across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, presentations)
- Lead town halls, change communications, and employee engagement initiatives
- Measure effectiveness and optimize based on data and feedback
What You'll Do
Strategic Communication
- Partner with senior leaders to align messaging with business objectives
- Create communications campaign strategies
- Lead internal communications for organisational changes and initiatives
Content & Engagement
- Produce high-quality content for diverse audiences and channels
- Design and execute employee feedback mechanisms and surveys
- Coordinate town halls, events, and leadership communications
Measurement & Optimisation
- Analyse communication effectiveness through metrics and employee feedback
- Implement new measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Continuously improve communication approaches based on insights
Experience
What you'll need for this role
- 5+ years internal/corporate communications in fast-paced, digital organizations
- Global communications experience preferred
- Proven track record managing communications during organisational change
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms
- Strong presentation design and basic graphic design capabilities
- Experience with Peakon advantageous
