An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Communications Manager for a Public services organisation – a six-month fixed term contract - Preferably London based (minimum one day per week in the office).

Salary: £38,264.81per annum (there is a London Allowance of £4427.65 payable to London only based employees)

Location: To be based at one of our main hubs - Preferably in London (but possibly Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Leeds or Glasgow).
Type of Working Arrangement: Blended approach of home and office-working is available
Hours: This is full-time role (37 hours per week)

Working in the Communications and Engagement department, this role plays a vital part in delivering improved employee awareness and understanding of the connection between their roles and our vision and values and to influence the organisational behaviours and culture to help us deliver that vision. The Internal Communications Manager will provide a first-class internal communications service, always looking for innovative ways to reach out to our internal audience and keep up to date with industry trends. Working with the campaigns, channels and content creation teams to ensure the consistent delivery of good internal communications across the force.
