Internal Communications Specialist

Are you a creative and strategic communicator with a passion for engaging internal audiences? We’re working with a leading global organisation to find an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join their Stakeholder Engagement team within a dynamic and fast-paced business group.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering impactful internal communications that resonate with employees and support leadership objectives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the Northern Hemisphere, helping to foster a connected and informed workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement internal communication strategies that drive engagement and alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to support key initiatives and deliver clear, compelling messaging.
• Build strong relationships across the business to understand communication needs and opportunities.
• Utilise a variety of internal channels to deliver timely and effective communications.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator with a personable and collaborative approach.
• Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within banking, financial services, or professional services.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Organised, proactive, and innovative – someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

You need to be in the office 3 days a week, and 2 days from home.
