Internal Recruiter for Growth Phase

We are looking for a real difference-maker to bring a wave of positive energy to our internal recruitment. Optimus Search is a on a big growth journey, and has everything in place:

A brilliant team of motivated, high-performing managers, developed organically at Optimus (in fact, the entire Senior Management Team is home-grown!)
Proven markets on Contract and Perm where we continue to create superstar recruiters who punch way above their weight and achieve big things
A clearly-defined, values-driven culture with fast-track pathways to management
Plans to open offices abroad within 12 months

What we need is YOU. Our ambitions can only be realised with a lot of new faces, and we need someone with the energy, drive and commitment to bring those faces in.

What makes you perfect:

Working knowledge of the Recruitment Industry. What makes consultants tick? What characteristics separate the good from the great? What does the job really entail?

Energy, Positivity & Resilience. A big part of the role is a numbers game. You'll have to talk to a lot of people to find the ones that get you off your seat. Not for the faint hearted!

Love phone calls. Recruitment is a relationship-based industry and the internal role, even more so. If you love speaking with people more than e-mailing them, then you'll love this!

Process-driven and agile. Dealing with so many interviews requires tight process and brilliant organisational skill. That said, with such a quick-moving industry, the ability to adapt and mobilise fast is what makes a real star shine.

German is a superpower. A huge amount of our recruitment is done into Germany, so if you can speak German to a native level, it is a huge advantage in opening doors
We are in-office company. Yep, all 5 days! We are social animals and our culture is built face to face. Particularly for an Internal Recruiter hosting multiple interviews daily, remote work is not part of this role
