Title: Internal Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000+

Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester

As a Recruiter, you’ll support the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles, helping to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas.
• Write and post compelling, inclusive job adverts across job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Support he HR function with tasks when recruitment demands slow down.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with on-boarding and new hire processes.
• Support initiatives that promote DE&I

Essentials:

• Ability to manage 10-20 roles at one time (multiple business functions)
• Experience with ATS & HR platforms
• Experience sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter including boolean searches.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of business operations and commercial awareness.

Nice to have but not essential:

Experience with building up employer branding/ EVP
