They play a vital role in connecting our customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products, engineering services, and solutions that keep industry moving.

To support to our continual growth we have an exciting role in our Sales Shared Services Team located at our FCE in Oldbury.

This role is part of the team that's leading a UK&I-wide initiative focused on enhancing customer experience through innovation, embedding technology at the heart of our operations

Job Location: Oldbury – FCE

About the Role:

  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Establishing customer requirements.
  • Utilisation of system workplaces for quotation and order delivery.
  • Preparing and submitting customer quotations on push products and services by only using ERIKS managed product references.
  • Ensure a robust follow up of all quotations to handle objections and win the order.
  • Order processing and fulfilment.
  • Providing basic levels of technical support to customers on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided).
  • Introducing customers to new products/services.
  • Conducting powerful Golden Hour phone calls to customers using the training and direction provided.
  • Providing market leading levels of customer service.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri: 08:30am – 17:30pm

Total Hours: 40

Breaks: 60 mins

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of how an ERP system works.
  • Preferred knowledge of the MRO industry, its customers and types of products used.
  • Some knowledge of competitor landscape and services.
  • Experience gained in a similar industry would be an advantage.
