We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. You’ll be based at either our Stancombe or Hendy office - both offering a supportive, collaborative environment within a market‑leading business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, including:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

Preparing quotations for Asphalt & Aggregates products

Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer‑focused solutions

Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs

Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey

Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need an industry background - just the right mindset and transferable skills. We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role
• Are confident communicating with people at all levels
• Can multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others
• Are proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to meet goals
• Are adaptable, organised, and comfortable working with KPIs
• Are IT‑literate and quick to pick up new systems
