The Role

As a Internal Staffing Intern you will be responsible to be a part of the group that handles the internal staffing process for one of the largest IT services companies in the UK. We are looking for an energetic graduate eager to start their career in Human Resources. The perfect candidate is someone extremely organized who enjoys a very high paced environment and is keen to learn and develop their skills. This would be an ideal role from anyone looking to work in a dynamic and business driven team.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet staffing requirements of projects through effective mobilization of employees
• Connect with employees to understand their skills and career aspirations
• Ensure the internal Requirement System is up to date with valid job openings
• Accurate maintenance and updating of the various trackers
• Answering general queries via incoming calls and emails

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Good IT literacy and be able to pick up new IT systems quickly
• Good negotiation skills and stakeholder management
