Spend 24 months with Żabka Group to gain hands-on experience in what drives our operational excellence and ultimate convenience. During the program, initially you will be based in Poland and spend at least 7 months in Romania

Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the core engines of our retail business, including Sales, Expansion, Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Category Management, Brand & Innovations, Revenue Management, and Retail Space Intelligence. This rotational structure gives you a 360° view of how we operate and empowers you to build the foundations for a future role.

Our requirements:

• You are final-year student or graduate (up to 2 years post-master’s degree) - preferred fields: economics, management, finance, international business
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in English (level C1), Romanian language is an asset
• You have first work experience gained during or after college (jobs, internships, student organizations)
• You have international exposure (students exchange, internships, volunteering abroad)
• You are mobile and open to work abroad
• You have the ability to adapt to change and the readiness to act in unexpected situations under time pressure.
• You are able to solve problems and see yourself in a changing work environment.
• You feel hungry for success and strongly motivated to achieve your goals
• You are ambitious and eager to learn and grow and aspire to be our future leader.
